Experience as a dispatcher for a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) with Emergency Medical Dispatching (EMD) and E-911 certification preferred. These certifications must be obtained within one year of hire. Knowledge of dispatching equipment including Reverse 911 (R911), Next Generation (NG911), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management System (RMS), Eventide recording equipment, National Crime Information Center.",
