      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution</li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on both design and project management</li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects of varying scale and complexity</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, etc.)</li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of applicable codes, standards, and permitting processes</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively</li>\n<li>Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 6 months (preferred)</li>\n<li>Experience with public infrastructure, land development, or transportation projects (preferred)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements (preferred)</li>\n<li>Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future</li>\n"
