font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Scope of Responsibility:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Head of Services will own end-to-end delivery of the following services across all managed complexes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cleaning services</span> - scheduling, quality control, supplier oversight; clear path to grow in-house extra-works revenue.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Gardening &amp; landscaping</span> - contractor management, seasonal programes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pest control </span>- scheduled treatments, compliance, reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security </span>- access control, patrol services, incident management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main Tasks include:</span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Vendor &amp; contract management</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage and develop relationships with all outsource service providers,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Own contracts, SLAs, and KPIs; conduct regular performance reviews,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and onboard best-in-class suppliers; negotiate competitive terms.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Operational excellence</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Set and maintain quality standards across all service lines,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct regular site inspections and produce structured management reports,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Resolve escalations promptly; build a culture of proactive problem-solving.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Financial ownership</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and manage annual service budgets; track actuals vs. plan,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify cost optimisation opportunities without compromising quality,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop in-house service capabilities where commercially justified.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strategic contribution</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with Facility Managers to ensure seamless handoff - they support the client, you provide the service,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to headcount planning and team structure as the portfolio scales.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements for the position:</span></p>\n<p><em>Essential</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Proven experience managing outsource or facilities services</span> - ideally in property management, hospitality, or real estate,</li>\n<li>Strong vendor management skills: negotiation, SLA ownership, performance management,</li>\n<li>Organised, structured, and comfortable owning a broad operational remit,</li>\n<li>Clear communicator - able to report upwards concisely and manage suppliers firmly,</li>\n<li>English proficiency; <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Russian - Advantage, Greek - native.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Preferred</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in a multi-site or portfolio environment,</li>\n<li>Familiarity with property or facility management platforms,</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Background in insurance coordination or claims administration,</span></li>\n<li>Track record of building or improving a service function from the ground up.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
