You’ll build and assemble custom cabinets, laminate casework, and architectural millwork components used in commercial projects across the U.S.</p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with woodworking, cabinet shop, or construction experience who enjoys working with tools and producing high-quality work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span><br>• Assemble custom cabinets and casework components<br>• Install hardware, drawers, doors, and specialty items<br>• Perform sanding, puttying, and finishing prep work<br>• Cut and prepare cabinet parts as needed<br>• Laminate cabinets, panels, and countertops<br>• Trim edges, file surfaces, and clean finished products<br>• Read and follow shop drawings and cut sheets<br>• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met<br>• Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span><br>• Experience with cabinet assembly, woodworking, or production work<br>• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely<br>• Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop drawings<br>• Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, material calculations)<br>• Strong attention to detail and quality<br>• Comfortable using basic computer systems for tracking work</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span><br>• 2+ years experience in:<br>• Cabinet assembly<br>• Laminate casework fabrication<br>• Millwork or woodworking shop environment<br>• Ability to read CAD or detailed shop drawings<br>• Knowledge of AWI quality standards<br>• Experience with lean manufacturing or 5S systems<br>• Vocational training in woodworking or construction</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span><br>• Indoor manufacturing/shop setting (not a travel role)<br>• Standing, lifting, and working with tools throughout the shift<br>• Team-based production environment</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Anton Cabinetry</span></p>\n<p>We design, fabricate, and install custom cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork for projects nationwide.
