You belong here.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Devereux Arizona’s <strong>Residential Treatment Center (RTC)</strong> is a beautiful 24-hour, 10-acre campus located in the heart of Scottsdale. The RTC is a safe, supportive environment that provides various services to youth, from the ages of 7 to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges. The Campus features dormitories, a therapeutic K-12 day school, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Registered Nurse (RN),</strong> you will provide direct daily medical management for our adolescent population, as well as provide, review, and follow-up with medical providers as to the effectiveness and/or possible side effects noted of medications administered. This position provides supervision regarding safety issues/crisis intervention for the campus population, infection control protocols, and general medical management. The RN will maintain effective communication with all departments involved with direct client care and will provide education/training of direct care personnel involved with the Medication Technician Certification Program at the Group Home Level.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range: $38/hr - $41.80/hr</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Shift Differentials: $2/hr. 3:00pm - 11:00pm; $4/hr. 11:00pm-7:00am</strong></p>\n<p><strong>PRN Schedule: Overnight Shifts</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: 6436 E Sweetwater Ave., Scottsdale, Arizona 85254</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Rewards</strong></p>\n<p><strong>We strive to create an inclusive environment, and retain the talented employees who make our organization a great place to work. If a person's employment record contains a six-month or longer time frame during which the person was not employed by any employer, a completed application with a new set of fingerprints shall be submitted to the department of public safety.
