For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h3>In this role, you will:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage large‑scale CSA construction works on client projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards</li>\n <li>Monitor day‑to‑day onsite activities related to civil, structural, and architectural scopes, managing information flow and tracking issues related to progress, quality, and safety</li>\n <li>Support completion of the handover and close‑out plan, ensuring all CSA documentation, inspections, and certifications are completed on time and to specification</li>\n <li>Act as a visible onsite leader, assessing construction progress and actively promoting and enforcing safe work practices</li>\n <li>Coordinate closely with the client team, consultants, and contractors on all CSA snagging and punch‑list activities, including scheduling and stakeholder engagement</li>\n <li>Proactively identify CSA‑related issues and collaborate with the wider project team to resolve them effectively</li>\n <li>Implement and monitor key project and construction processes, partnering with the client to drive continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Ensure CSA project procedures are implemented and consistently followed on site</li>\n <li>Lead and attend key project meetings, monitoring progress, solving problems collaboratively, and clearly communicating risks, impacts, and mitigation plans</li>\n <li>Review and assess proposed variations, design changes, and delays related to CSA works</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>We would love to hear from you if you:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Have experience working on construction projects in a CSA, site engineering, or construction management capacity</li>\n <li>Hold a degree (or equivalent experience) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline</li>\n <li>Have a project management or engineering professional certification, or are actively working toward one (we can support you)</li>\n <li>Are highly detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance</li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing</li>\n <li>Excel in a collaborative, team‑focused environment</li>\n <li>Enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues, contractors, and clients through a shared sense of purpose, openness, and a positive team culture</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
