If you're passionate about software quality and continuous improvement, we’d love to connect with you.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviewing design specifications to understand software product scope and requirements.</li>\n <li>Identifying test parameters and validating functionality, accuracy, reliability, and compliance.</li>\n <li>Designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases for software development.</li>\n <li>Conducting software testing to ensure compliance with user requirements and industry guidelines.</li>\n <li>Logging, documenting, and recreating bugs and defects for troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to report defects and suggest improvements.</li>\n <li>Documenting defects clearly for both business and technical teams.</li>\n <li>Performing other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have 2 to 3 years of experience in software and database testing.</li>\n <li>Be skilled in designing and manipulating test data and validating stored jobs.</li>\n <li>Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Be able to create test cases and plans from specifications or verbal inputs.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related tools.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Bonus: Experience in API Testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Expertise &amp; experience in these tools is a plus:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Test Management Tools: Zephyr, HP Quality Center, etc.</li>\n <li>Test Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, etc.</li>\n <li>Bug Tracking Tools: Jira, Bugzilla, GitHub Issues, etc.</li>\n <li>Code Repository Tools: Git, SVN, etc.</li>\n <li>Virtualization Tools: VirtualBox, VMware, Docker, etc.</li>\n <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li>\n</ul>",
