Advanced Flow Systems is looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Calgary, AB.

The Role:
The Quality Control Inspector provides support in bringing quality; engineering and safety system support to the Quality Manager for the Calgary location and plays a key role in ensuring the company effectively and efficiently delivers quality on-time products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete all applicable quality records Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records Conduct and report on inspection and testing to conform to industry standards and customer Specifications Receive purchased products and verify against purchase order requirements Receive customer-supplied products and verify against customer requirements Complete in-process inspections as required Complete final inspections as required Work in accordance with the quality management system
What You Bring:
Post-secondary education in mechanical or engineering technology is considered an asset Experience with receiving, shipping, inspection and testing, traceability, nonconformances, corrective and preventive action, document control, record control. Minimum 2 years of computer experience 3 months’ experience with bending processes, materials knowledge, shop procedures Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time and handle heavy parts Must be competent with mathematical and geometrical calculations Thank you for your interest in Advanced Flow Systems .
