Serve as a trusted investment partner and subject matter expert across Defined Outcome strategies and portfolio construction, delivering insights that support advisor engagement and client outcomes.</p>\n<p><b>Role &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive awareness and adoption of Innovator’s flagship ETFs across all sales channels.</li>\n <li>Represent Innovator at large group meetings and events, serving as the investment strategist and product expert.</li>\n <li>Serve as a primary client-facing resource for advisor conversations, client calls, and prospect inquiries.</li>\n <li>Deliver actionable portfolio implementation ideas that demonstrate how Innovator’s core strategies can be effectively integrated into client portfolios.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Experience, Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of ETF related experience</li>\n <li>Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related discipline required.</li>\n <li>CFA, MBA and/or CIMA designation(s) preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong communicator with confident presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Personable, approachable, and highly trustworthy.</li>\n <li>Deep expertise in products, markets, and portfolio construction, with a proven ability to translate insights into clear, actionable ideas.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Salary Range</b><br>\n  The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$230000.
