Communicate with the Chef about daily specials and seasonality of fruits and herbs to create an impeccable pairing.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve food to members/guests.</li><li>Maintain a neat and clean bar station on a continuous basis.</li><li>Complete knowledge of menu and beverage selection to include: wine list, liqueur, liquor, champagne, and beer.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Enter sales into POS system and process member payment transactions accurately.</li><li>Verify accuracy of all state and federal taxes, tips, and other charges on the check; present check to members/guests. Verbally mention that service charge has already been included in the check.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare end of day inventory sheets and stock requisition sheets.&nbsp;</li><li>Balance bank to sales report with accuracy.</li><li>Follow daily cash drop procedures.</li><li>Perform cleanup and closing duties as assigned including signing out at the Front Office.</li><li>Attend daily line-ups as required.</li><li>Consistently comply with all federal, state, local and company laws, policies and procedures relating to the service of alcohol.</li><li>Communicate and demonstrate 10 Hospitality Values to guests and staff at all times.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong><strong>/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>One-year previous experience as Bartender or any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. &nbsp;</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Florida Responsible Vendor and Food Handler Certificates preferred.</li><li>POS experience preferred.</li><li>Listen effectively; speak, read and write fluently in English.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.</li></ul><ul><li>Work under pressure and handle difficult situations.</li><li>Highly proficient at multiple tasks and prioritizing work.</li><li>Fully committed to team work and able to work with no to little supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Full and open availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS &ndash; ABILITY TO:</strong></p><ul><li>Grasp, lift, push/pull, carry or transport up to 50 lbs.&nbsp;</li><li>Push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs.</li><li>Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.</li><li>Stand for length of scheduled shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Express and exchange ideas by means of the spoken word accurately, loudly and quickly.</li><li>Perceive the nature of sounds at a normal speaking level and make fine discriminations in sound.</li><li>Visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.</li><li>Withstand a moderate noise level.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
