The Bear Foundation is the primary fundraising organization for Baylor Athletics and supports student-athletes across all 19 intercollegiate sports. New strategic focus will require attention to key fundraising areas of scholarship, sports program competitiveness, name image and likeness funding, and comprehensive giving within the Bear Foundation.</span></p><p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 50); font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">A Bachelor's degree, five years relevant work experience are required. Proven ability to build relational capital amongst key constituencies is desired.<span>&nbsp; </span>Managing staff, working with University Advancement, the B Association, and all Ticketing Office areas to create systemic processes and tactics is paramount to the role. The person selected for this position must be self-starter who works efficiently with multiple organizational areas and has excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to interact comfortably in business and social settings with donors, prospects, and university officials is required.&nbsp;</span></p><p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 50); font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\">A Master's degree, prior experience with annual fund campaigns, experience with online giving management, and working knowledge of Paciolan and/or Blackbaud CRM are preferred. Evidence of ability to plan and execute a fundraising project from conception to completion and experience with alumni/donor database applications are also highly desired.
