This role is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, executing shipping processes in our systems, and ensuring quality checks are completed before orders leave the facility.</p><h2><span style=\"font-size:18px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li><p>Follow all safety and quality protocols during the packing and shipping process.</p></li><li><p>Receive finished products from production and verify quality against SOP standards.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and package orders, including labeling, wrapping, and boxing per procedure.</p></li><li><p>Generate customer cards, designer labels, and shipping documents using company systems (CloudUI, SendCloud).</p></li><li><p>Ensure correct accessories (e.g., socks, inserts) are included per order specifications.</p></li><li><p>Accurately apply shipping labels and customs documentation when required.</p></li><li><p>Maintain shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and notify team lead when stock is low.</p></li><li><p>Place completed shipments on the correct conveyor or designated area for carrier pickup.</p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement by reporting errors, inefficiencies, or improvement ideas.</p></li></ul>"
