Design and implement modifications or improvements, based on those activities</li>\n <li>Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards</li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of business processes and cross-functional relationships.</li>\n <li>Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals</li>\n <li>Provide ad hoc queries, reports, dashboards, and analytics both out of the financial and operational systems.</li>\n <li>Lead integration, performance, and user acceptance testing for reporting solutions.</li>\n <li>Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.</li>\n <li>Develop reports using Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) from a variety of data sources including Analysis Services Cubes and relational databases</li>\n <li>Development of complex SQL Code (queries, stored procedures and functions) used in reports SQL data source.</li>\n <li>Create Workspace and Apps in Power BI service and provide App access to end users</li>\n <li>Design, publish and maintain Power BI data models based on measurements and dimensions based on the customer and dashboard needs</li>\n <li>Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.</li>\n <li>Perform SQL tuning for best results.</li>\n <li>Write and maintain technical documentation.</li>\n <li>Perform all other duties assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Works well in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Possesses strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to work successfully and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.</li>\n <li>Advanced working knowledge of SQL coding experience, schema design and performance tuning</li>\n <li>Fluent on data segmentation.</li>\n <li>5 plus years’ experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting and self-serve analytics</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. </li>\n <li>MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); strong understanding of Excel. Experience with Power BI preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of DAX preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Ability to think creatively and solve problems.</li>\n <li>Descriptive statistics for location, scale and asymmetry required. Sampling statistics/Sampling distributions preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Notions of forecasting (moving average, exponential smoothing) required. ARIMA methods preferred but not required.</li>\n</ul>",
