In this role, you will lead construction projects across the region, guiding teams through day to day execution while ensuring strong safety practices and high quality project delivery. You’ll play a key role in driving project success by coordinating resources, maintaining customer relationships, and keeping projects on track from planning through completion.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>As a Project Manager, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Liaise with clients, maintaining ownership of day-to-day relationships with key decision makers, project teams, and site personnel.</li><li>Plan and control the construction of allocated projects to ensure completion in accordance with design requirements, schedules, and cost restraints.</li><li>Lead the project team in preparing economical and professional plans and specifications.</li><li>Identify opportunities to add customer value, including evaluating cost‑effectiveness of design and material selection.</li><li>Oversee tendering, contract awards, and contract management.</li><li>Prepare budgets and track cost reporting.</li><li>Quantify design and scope changes.</li><li>Manage progress claims and change orders with customers.</li><li><p>Act as a coach, mentor, and resource regarding safety issues for the project team.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Post-secondary degree or diploma.</li><li>3–5+ years’ experience in construction projects of varying size and scope.</li><li>P.Eng and/or PMP considered an asset.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction and project management methodologies.</li><li>Broad understanding of building codes and Occupational Health &amp; Safety legislation.</li><li>Critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to effectively influence others and resolve technical or project issues.</li><li>Availability to travel within Atlantic Canada and across Canada.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>Our commitment to providing the best service in the industry is driven by our employees’ passion, professionalism, and expertise.
