No chasing leads.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are a fitness professional with a passion for empowering others to live healthier, happier lives but feel stuck in a big box gym, franchise model, or grinding long hours as an independent contractor, this is your opportunity to grow in a stable, team driven environment.</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>Base Salary: $45,000 to $52,000 per yearPerformance Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per monthTotal Compensation Potential: $50,000 to $65,000 or more</p>\n<p>Company provided health, vision, and dental insurance with 50 percent employer contributionIRA retirement plan with 3 percent company matchPaid continuing education and CEUs5 days paid time off in your first year6 paid holidaysTeam based performance bonusesOpportunity for growth and advancementCollaborative team environmentNo direct sales or marketingNo split shiftsConsistent one on one personal training clients</p>\n<p>Most of our full time trainers operate within this compensation range once established.</p>\n<p><strong>As a Fitness Together Personal Trainer You Will</strong></p>\n<p>Design custom fitness programs based on each client’s goals, health history, and movement assessment</p>\n<p>Modify exercises and routines for injuries, joint issues, or limited mobility</p>\n<p>Track progress and guide clients through long term, goal oriented training plans</p>\n<p>Deliver a positive, professional experience in every session</p>\n<p>Work closely with a team of personal trainers and fitness coaches</p>\n<p>Maintain a clean and safe private training suite</p>\n<p><strong>Who We Are Looking For</strong></p>\n<p>Certified Personal Trainer such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA or similar</p>\n<p>CPR and AED certified</p>\n<p>One year or more of training experience preferred</p>\n<p>Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred but not required</p>\n<p>Comfortable working with older adults, post rehab clients, and general population</p>\n<p>Strong interpersonal skills and a team first mentality</p>\n<p>Reliable and emotionally present for clients and team</p>\n<p>Availability for a consistent schedule including evenings or Saturdays</p>\n<p><strong>Location</strong></p>\n<p>Fitness Together Lynnfield1 Post Office SquareLynnfield, MA 01940</p>\n<p>Easy access from Wakefield, Peabody, Reading, and surrounding North Shore communities</p>\n<p><strong>To Apply</strong></p>\n<p>Please submit your resume.
