If you have strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and reliable work environment, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><strong>Open Shift:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><span>3rd Shift - Weekend Days, Friday-Sunday (6:00am-6:30pm)</span><ul><li><div style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><i>Enjoy a $2.00/hour shift differential</i></div><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><ul><li>Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and machinery</li><li>Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and resolve issues</li><li>Use hand and power tools, including drills, measuring instruments, taps, and presses</li><li>Utilize maintenance tracking software to document work performed</li><li>Maintain knowledge of soldering techniques and basic electrical/mechanical systems</li><li>Support production by assembling or modifying workstations as needed</li><li>Work with Digital Volt Meters (DVMs) and other diagnostic equipment</li><li>Assist with basic programming and troubleshooting of PLCs and microcontrollers</li><li>Collaborate with team members to support all areas of production as needed</li><li>Communicate with external vendors for equipment service, troubleshooting, and repairs</li><li>Follow all safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li><li>Maintain flexibility to work across multiple production areas based on business needs</li></ul><div style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>You’re a hands-on problem solver with a strong commitment to safety and reliability.
