Open Shift: 3rd Shift - Weekend Days, Friday-Sunday (6:00am-6:30pm) Enjoy a $2.00/hour shift differential In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and machinery Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and resolve issues Use hand and power tools, including drills, measuring instruments, taps, and presses Utilize maintenance tracking software to document work performed Maintain knowledge of soldering techniques and basic electrical/mechanical systems Support production by assembling or modifying workstations as needed Work with Digital Volt Meters (DVMs) and other diagnostic equipment Assist with basic programming and troubleshooting of PLCs and microcontrollers Collaborate with team members to support all areas of production as needed Communicate with external vendors for equipment service, troubleshooting, and repairs Follow all safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Maintain flexibility to work across multiple production areas based on business needs Who You Are: You’re a hands-on problem solver with a strong commitment to safety and reliability. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and focused on keeping equipment running at peak performance. For This Role, You Will Need: High school diploma or GED equivalent A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical wiring, plumbing & HVAC systems Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools and maintenance software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
