    "description_html": "<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the school. They are not listed in any order of importance. Other duties may be required and assigned.</strong></p><p>• Provides direct student care in 1:1 settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.</p><p>• Follows the prescribed behavioral skills acquisition and behavior reduction protocols. &nbsp;</p><p>• Collects, records, and summarizes data on observable student behavior.</p><p>• Assists with teacher and teaching assistant training in line with students individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.</p><p>• Effectively communicates with parents and caregivers regarding client progress throughout the school year.</p><p>• Maintains client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws.&nbsp;</p><p>• Assists Registered Behavioral Technicians with training of interventions and strategies as well as skill acquisitions and behavior reduction assessments for students.</p><p>• Assists Registered Behavioral Technicians in preparing client materials as instructed by the principal and/or Director of Students Services.</p><p>• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.</p><p>• Collaborates with treatment team including students, parents, and school personnel including outside professionals, therapists and co-workers.</p><p>• Maintains and acquires technical knowledge by attending required trainings.</p>",
