Overview Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Location: Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group – Family Practice, Kankakee, IL Job Type: Full-Time Prime Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Family Practice team at our Primary Care clinic in Kankakee, Illinois . This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative and community-focused setting.
