You will play a crucial role helping ensure efficient repairs and maintenance of our mining equipment, contributing to the success of our operations.</p><p><strong>Lead technician duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Train and mentor junior techs, fostering a culture of safety, reliability and efficiency.</li><li>Read and interpret diagnostic tools. &#xa0;</li><li>Read electrical and hydraulic schematics.</li><li>Vast knowledge of tooling</li><li>Follow troubleshooting diagrams.</li><li>Establish priorities and adjust in fast-paced environment.</li><li>Maintain tooling and shop equipment.</li><li>Support supervisor in tasks and fill in during supervisors’ absence.</li><li>Help with extensive repairs.</li></ul>",
