As a successful candidate you will:
Biorepository Data Activities:

Train and onboard researchers using the inventory system for laboratory biospecimen tracking.
Be knowledgeable about the service and cost recovery software, iLab.
Design efficient receiving and inventory processes with biorepository staff; generate shipping manifests for biospecimen shipments.
Enhance barcode scanning at receipt; design interfaces to liquid handling systems and automated freezer storage units; create new biorepositories in the inventory system for researchers.
Research Informatics Interfaced Activities:
Partner with Epic software staff to improve communication between Epic and the biospecimen inventory system; with the Chief of Staff, collaborate with Honest Broker staff to improve biospecimen queries.
Inform Research Informatics on new users and iLab-related workflow enhancements at an agreed cadence; prepare and execute weekly, monthly, and annual metrics/status reports; monitor data and provide dashboards and updates; validate user requirements as software iterations are built.
