    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>FMS Analyst</strong> to support our <strong>Huntsville, AL</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Candidate will perform in the capacity of a Programmatic and Logistics Specialist in Foreign Military Sales (FMS).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Duties Include:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to Letters of Request from multiple countries that are FMS customers.</li>\n <li>Assist in the total case management of FMS cases for a Weapon System platform.</li>\n <li><strong>The candidate will also perform Weapon System FMS case development activities which include but are not limited to:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develop and task Price, Availability, and Serviceability data sheets and utilize the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) to develop LOR/LOAs.</li>\n   <li>Perform functions within various systems to provide status of programs and identify potential problem areas to management.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>The candidate will perform Weapon System FMS case sustainment activities which include but are not limited to:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Resolving Requests for Information, tracking the shipment of Aviation and/or Missile FMS equipment and resolving shipping problems, coordinating and attending Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and coordinating other equipment training and Working Group Meetings.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Army Aviation and Missile Systems is desired.</li>\n <li>Travel: 10 to 20% with travel OCONUS </li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>An active DoD <strong>Secret</strong> clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active <strong>Secret</strong> clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of Equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Job Requirements</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel may be required, both CONUS and OCONUS</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written skills required</li>\n <li>Quick learner with an understanding of Foreign Military Sales, Weapons Systems Acquisition, and coordination of resources among government agencies</li>\n <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented candidates will be viewed favorably</li>\n <li>Prior DoD civilian, military, or contractor experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Special consideration will be made for candidates with experience working with or in foreign countries</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Estimated Time to Hire:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>August 2026</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><em>People First.
