Join us as we build a truly remarkable company that will long outlast us!</p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary – Machine Operator</strong></p>\n<p>The position of Machine Operator performs the tasks associated with advanced machine operation which include (but not limited to) setup and operation of trim presses, drilling and tapping, port and stem, vibratory systems, CNC, and parts washing. The employee in this position has been cross trained and is fluent in setup, operation, and troubleshooting the various equipment to produce quality parts. The advanced machine operator can independently perform these tasks with minimal input from the machine shop supervisor and is available to train basic machine operators in the setup of individual machines through on-the-job training.</p>\n<p>This is a general description of the <strong>Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications</strong> required for this position. Whenever necessary to provide individuals with disabilities with an equal employment opportunity, Filtration Group will consider reasonable accommodations that might involve varying job requirements and/or changing the way this job is performed, provided that such accommodations do not pose an undue hardship.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities – Machine Operator:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>To perform any of the machining operations assigned by the team lead or production supervisor.</li>\n <li>Has the ability and proficiency to set up and operate trim presses, various port and stem machines, vibratory machines, drill, and tap fixturing.</li>\n <li>Works in quality conscious and safe manner. </li>\n <li>Ability to perform at work at process speed and/or standard rates.</li>\n <li>Advises supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.</li>\n <li>Maintains daily product and scrap records.</li>\n <li>Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the machine shop or production supervisor.</li>\n <li>Keeps workstation and surrounding area clean.</li>\n <li>Maintain all assigned tools.</li>\n <li>Any other duties are required by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Pay – Machine Operator:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting pay (hourly) $19.25 - $19.50 DOE.</li>\n <li>Health and wellness benefits.</li>\n <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>PTO (paid time off), sick time available.</li>\n <li>Company-provided life insurance.</li>\n <li>Training and development opportunities.</li>\n <li>Inclusive and engaged workplace culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience – Machine Operator:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>2-3 years’ work experience in related field a plus </li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, and count.</li>\n <li> Good hand eye coordination.
