    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <b>Job Title: Coordinator- Materials&nbsp;</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b><br/></b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Job Summary&nbsp;</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n The Coordinator – Materials is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials within the company and meeting the master production schedule. &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Responsibility&nbsp;</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Coordination and release of supplier schedules to meet daily production schedule &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Manage weekly and long-term production requirements for all lines, through the daily analysis of customer releases  &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Manage inventory stock levels by applying advanced inventory control techniques, monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels, and performing physical inventory counts.  &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Maintain weekly and daily shipping schedule for all customers and suppliers  &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Utilize customer software systems to communicate their daily requirements  &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Coordination of transportation and supplier releases to assure the timely delivery of materials and to minimize freight costs &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Monitor customer and vendor delivery performance metrics.
