          "text": "<p><em>Knowledge and Experience</em></p><p>Candidates must have one of the following:</p><ul><li>A Bookbinder certification; or</li><li>Previously completed a Bookbinder apprenticeship; or</li><li>4+ years of current and relevant experience working as a Bookbinder or Bindery Operator.</li></ul><p><em>Technology</em></p><ul><li>Current and relevant bindery experience on machines such as:<ul><li>Cutter</li><li>Saddle Stitcher</li><li>Perfect Binder</li><li>Collator</li><li>Industrial Knives</li><li>Hot Stamper, embossing, or debossing</li></ul></li><li>Additional experience with the following would be beneficial:<ul><li>Foil stamping</li><li>Electronic chip inlay</li><li>Laser cutting</li><li>Lamination</li></ul></li><li>Excellent mechanical and mathematic skills</li></ul><p><em>Soft Skills and Characteristics</em></p><ul><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Communication skills (verbal and written)</li></ul><p><strong>Mandatory Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to perform physical activities associated with the position, such as standing, walking, bending, lifting/lowering up to 75lbs</li><li>Ability to work all shift schedules including days, nights, evenings, and overtime as required</li></ul><p><strong>Security Clearance Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance</li></ul>",
