You will apply your controls expertise to deliver high-quality solutions while supporting the development of less experienced engineers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><div><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></div><ul><li><div>Lead the preparation and maintenance of engineering plans, schedules, and technical documentation for renewable energy projects</div></li><li><div>Design, simulate, test, and implement renewable power control applications for solar, battery energy storage, and wind generation assets</div></li><li><div>Configure and troubleshoot electronic databases using industry-standard communication protocols and datalinks</div></li><li><div>Serve as a primary technical contributor during customer Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests</div></li><li><div>Support site commissioning activities and provide remote technical support as needed</div></li><li><div>Initiate requisitions for project purchases and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors</div></li><li><div>Manage the design, testing, integration, and shipment of project hardware</div></li><li><div>Identify and recommend opportunities to improve engineering processes, tools, or standard solutions</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Manage time and priorities effectively to meet project schedules and commitments</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and technical expertise</div></li><li><div>Monitor project financial performance and support cost and schedule control efforts</div></li><li><div>Share technical knowledge and provide mentoring support to early career engineers on the team&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</div></li></ul><div><strong>Who You Are:</strong></div><div>You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and changing priorities.
