Now driving an exciting partnership to provide on-site healthcare within a unique new complex of 5-star luxury London apartments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT THE ROLE </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Nurse Manager is the clinical lead for Draycott's service, responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and effectiveness of care for clients with clinical needs. The role provides expert oversight of care delivery, ensuring services are person-centred, well planned, and aligned with CQC standards for an <em>Outstanding</em> service.</p>\n<p>Reporting to the Registered Manager, the post operates with a high degree of professional autonomy.
