If you're looking for a great career, CalPro is the place for you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Duties</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform property inspections in accordance with InterNACHI standards of practice</li>\n<li>Document findings and recommendations in a report, including photos</li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service, including on-site report reviews and follow-ups</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A clean driving record</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to crawl on knees and stomach</li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Punctuality</li>\n<li>Willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and growing company</li>\n<li>Strong computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience/Training</p>\n<ul>\n<li>InterNACHI or ASHI Certification (preferred)</li>\n<li>Inspection experience (preferred)</li>\n<li>Customer service/relations experience (preferred)</li>\n<li>Building experience (beneficial)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Type</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time</li>\n<li>Optional Saturdays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay:</span> Hourly</p>\n<p>Join CalPro Inspection Group and start a rewarding career in the property inspection industry!</p>",
