Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Planning: Prioritizing schedules and ensuring timely responses to issues. </li><li>Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines i.e., Ensuring Daily Safety Procedures, Proper PPE Usage, Documentation, and Report Incidents.  </li><li>Weekly Meeting: Must attend weekly customer meetings,  </li><li>Daily/Weekly Reports: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Manager Semiconductor Field Service Engineers.  </li><li>Ability to work in a Team Environment, Excellent Communicator, and Team Oriented. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior management experience with tool deinstall activities </li><li>Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. </li><li>Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques. </li><li>Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in the workplace</li></ul><strong>Preferences:</strong> <ul><li>If you have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong><br>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
