Schedule:  Day Shift, M-F Pay Rate:  $30 - $38 Hourly Location:  Hillsboro, Oregon Position Type:  Full Time Benefits : This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Planning: Prioritizing schedules and ensuring timely responses to issues.  Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines i.e., Ensuring Daily Safety Procedures, Proper PPE Usage, Documentation, and Report Incidents.   Weekly Meeting: Must attend weekly customer meetings,   Daily/Weekly Reports: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.  Manager Semiconductor Field Service Engineers.   Ability to work in a Team Environment, Excellent Communicator, and Team Oriented.  Requirements: Prior management experience with tool deinstall activities  Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.  Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.  Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in the workplace Preferences:   If you have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment. Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
