    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">&nbsp;</p><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\"><tbody><tr><td colspan=\"2\" valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>4 OZ Filler Operator</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 50%;\"><p><strong>FLSA Exemption Status:&nbsp;</strong>Nonexempt</p></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 50%;\"><p><strong>Status:&nbsp;</strong>Hourly</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 50%;\"><p><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong>Production Core Sauce</p></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 50%;\"><p><strong>Reports To:&nbsp;</strong> Production Supervisor</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong> The 4 Oz Filler Operator&rsquo;s primary responsibility to is monitor and test product as it is being filled to ensure product meets all specifications as required. &nbsp;The Filler Operator will also monitor the product as it moves through the Filler machine, ensuring continuous and efficient production that meets customer specifications.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Monitor the machines that inject sauce into cups and seals the lids on the individual product containers.</li><li>Monitors the pump machines that fills the machine tanks with sauce and communicate with the Mixer Operator regarding the sauce product flow.</li><li>Monitors &amp; activates conveyors that moves cups through the filler and down the conveyor, including communicating to Mixer, maintenance and supervisor as needed regarding production issues.</li><li>Constantly monitor and maintain lid levels in the filler machine as necessary for continuous, efficient and smooth filler machine operation according to specifications.</li><li>Control the Lot number usage and recording information</li><li>Perform tests to ensure target weights, temperatures and Brix standards are achieved according to specifications as required by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP&rsquo;s).</li><li>Accurately record and document all testing as required by SOP&rsquo;s.</li><li>Responsible for manually moving and adjusting lids in the filler machines.</li><li>Monitor the cooler for production issues and shut downs.</li><li>Constantly monitor for foreign material risks and leaking or damaged product containers as they move down the conveyor.</li><li>May remove, discard, and record tallies of damaged or inadequate cup materials.</li><li>Ensures continuous, efficient and smooth filler machine operation.</li><li>Have a general understanding of the various pumps, meters, valves, and any other equipment used in the filling process.</li><li>Log run and down times, as well as reasons, for audit purposes.</li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly work area around the filler area.</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties, as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Basic reading, writing &amp; literacy required.</li><li>Regular and reliable attendance required. Ability to identify all machine and work center stop buttons, machine guards, belts, hoods, doors and safety warnings, among other items, to ensure safety and efficient operation of assigned machines.</li><li>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be always worn in the Production Area.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and maintenance.</li><li>Must be able to understand and operate the filler equipment machinery in a safe and productive manner, according to SOP&rsquo;s.</li><li>Ability to safely use sharp instruments, hand tools, mechanical tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers,&nbsp;</li></ul><p>etc.) and a Non-Powered Pallet Jack.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to work in fast paced environment where priorities change frequently.</li><li>Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Working Environment:</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a teammate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The Filler Operator is required to work on the production floor. While performing the duties of this job, the teammate frequently will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat and/or cold. &nbsp; The teammate continuously works near moving mechanical parts. &nbsp;The teammate will be exposed to loud noises from production equipment and thus will be required to wear PPE. &nbsp; The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be high at times due to production and mechanical equipment noise.&nbsp;</p><p>The teammate will regularly need to lift up to 10 pounds, and occasionally push or pull up to 25 pounds.</p><p><strong><em><u>Physical Demands:</u></em></strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be performed by a teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the teammate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; see, talk and /or hear.
