We are currently offering bonuses, flexibility, PTO, training, and other great benefits! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For more information, please call/text Nursing Recruiter Brittney Jackson at<strong> 945-210-6515</strong> or e-mail at [email protected]!<strong></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Position Overview:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serving children birth to 18 years old</li>\n <li>Service areas:\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Boise, ID (83709)</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Garden City, ID</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Nampa, ID</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Eagle, ID</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Marsing, ID</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>Kuna, ID</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>New Referrals Daily!</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>OPEN SCHEDULE/ AM shift/ PM shift!</li>\n <li>NURSE APPRECIATION PROGRAM!</li>\n <li>FULL-TIME & PART-TIME BENEFITS</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Possible care required: Seizures, g-button, O2, trach, vent, total care  </p>\n<p><strong>We offer sign-on bonuses and Referral bonuses! </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our <strong>Registered Nurses</strong> (RN) are responsible for the delivery and supervision of patient care through the nursing processes of assessment, diagnosis, planning,  implementation, and evaluation. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.</li>\n <li>Provide services in accordance with a physician’s orders and in adherence to state, federal, and national accreditation commission regulations; under the direction and supervision of clinical supervision staff and agency administrator.</li>\n <li>Perform comprehensive patient assessments.</li>\n <li>Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician.</li>\n <li>Document timely clear, concise, and accurate clinical notes in accordance with the plan of care.</li>\n <li>Notify the RN Case Manager of any changes in the patient’s condition.</li>\n <li>Provide and document education to patients and their families on specific details of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure that patients are receiving quality care, necessary to achieve, and exceed individual goals.</li>\n <li>Use appropriate infection control procedures and safety measures.</li>\n <li>Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education and Work Experience Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current State Nursing License or compact license where applicable.</li>\n <li>Current CPR Certification.</li>\n <li>Reliable Transportation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation to office and patients' homes.</li>\n <li>One (1) Year Home Health Experience, preferred.</li>\n <li>One (1) Year Pediatric Experience, preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands/Working Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Position regularly requires bending, reaching, standing, stooping, sitting, twisting, talking, and hearing.</li>\n <li>Push and pull 50 pounds (position patient, move equipment, etc.).</li>\n <li>Support 50 pounds of weight (ambulate patient).</li>\n <li>Lift 50 pounds (pick up a child, transfer a patient, etc.) as well as assist with weights of more than 100 pounds.</li>\n <li>Carry equipment and supplies.</li>\n <li>See information up to 24 inches away (monitors, computer screens, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please call or text Brittney Jackson at <strong>945-210-6515</strong> for more information about our competitive bonuses and benefits.
