To support this mission, we&rsquo;ve built the <strong data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"524\">Superhero Academy</strong>&mdash;our in-house training program dedicated to developing the next generation of elite movers, drivers, and storage professionals.</p><h3 data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"680\"><strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"678\">Position Overview</strong></h3><p data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"1114\">We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and energetic <strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"767\">Moving &amp; Storage Trainer</strong> to join our Superhero Academy. This individual will play a critical role in training new hires and current staff in proper moving techniques, safety protocols, customer service, equipment handling, and company standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on industry experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others excel.</p><h3 data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1146\"><strong data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1144\">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"2063\"><li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1246\"><p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1246\">Conduct hands-on and classroom-style training for movers, drivers, and specialty service teams.</p></li><li data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1336\"><p data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1336\">Teach proper packing, loading, unloading, storage, and equipment handling techniques.</p></li><li data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1427\"><p data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1427\">Instruct all trainees on safety procedures, DOT regulations, and compliance standards.</p></li><li data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1522\"><p data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1522\">Demonstrate and reinforce best practices for customer service and on-site professionalism.</p></li><li data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1603\"><p data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1603\">Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive coaching and feedback.</p></li><li data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1704\"><p data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1704\">Collaborate with leadership to update training materials, curriculum, and process documentation.</p></li><li data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1797\"><p data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1797\">Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment within the Superhero Academy.</p></li><li data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1899\"><p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1899\">Assist in developing advanced training modules for specialty services and leadership development.</p></li><li data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1972\"><p data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1972\">Track training attendance, completion records, and trainee progress.</p></li><li data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2063\"><p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2063\">Promote the Good Greek brand, culture, and expectations with enthusiasm and consistency.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start=\"2065\" data-end=\"2089\"><strong data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2087\">Qualifications</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"2090\" data-end=\"2713\"><li data-start=\"2090\" data-end=\"2182\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><p data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2182\">2+ years of experience in the moving &amp;
