Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.</p><p><br></p><p>As the Back of House Specialist, you will cover multiple areas of the housekeeping department. You will maintain the hotel’s public areas, and grounds in a high level of cleanliness and organization in accordance with company and franchise standards and provides excellent customer service to the hotels guests.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</strong></p><ul><li>Cleans and sanitizes assigned public areas in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Assists front desk associates with deliveries to guest and meeting rooms and the cleaning of guest rooms after hours.</li><li>Assists the executive housekeeper as needed with deliveries, cots, cribs, trash, etc</li><li>Ensures hotel equipment, such as carts, vacuums, and any other housekeeping equipment are maintained properly and secured.</li><li>Provides excellent customer service that goes above and beyond to the hotels guests. Immediately addresses guest’s requests.</li><li>Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of mini-bar stock.</li><li>Maintain mini-bar pantry including par stock, organization, and cleanliness.</li><li>Ensure products in mini-bar are not expired. Comply with procedure to remove expired products as necessary.</li><li>Ensure rotation of all mini-bar products.</li><li>Maintain assigned mini-bar carts.</li><li>Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service.</li><li>Follow required safety and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Report all mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues</li><li>Receive, evaluate condition, separate, and launder soiled linen from guest rooms.</li><li>Prepare required F&amp;B linen in a timely fashion.</li><li>Examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability.</li><li>Fold and/or press linen as appropriate.</li><li>Maintain linen and laundry supplies such as cleaning and starching agents</li><li>Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of laundry room.</li><li>Store folded laundered items in linen supply area.</li><li>Conduct inventories as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager</li><li>Keep linen area clean, stocked and organized.</li><li>Properly attired in uniform and nametag, in accordance with franchise and company grooming and uniform policy.</li><li>Communicates with superiors and co-workers about the status of guest requests and assigned tasks.</li><li>Replenish mini-bar items in rooms.</li><li>Reports all incidents and injuries to the appropriate supervisor.</li><li>Provides input and ideas on the operation of the hotel.
