Weekends and holidays are required.<br></p><p>Benefits include Marriott hotel discounts, free parking on property, and free meal while on duty.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Maintain health and sanitation standards.</li><li>Cover label and date all food products.</li><li>Open kitchen and Close kitchen in absence of supervisors.</li><li>Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items including breakfast, room service, Grab and Go, and dinner menus.</li><li>Report out of stock items to the supervisor.</li><li>Prepare for the next shift, and ensure there is inventory.</li><li>Help set-up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet.</li><li>Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.</li><li>Perform the duties of the Prep List schedule.</li><li>Prepare all dressings and cold sauces.</li><li>Assist with banquet preparation, as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.</li><li>Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.</li><li>Standing for long periods of time.</li><li>Understands the overall functions and machinery in a Kitchen</li><li>Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>EEOC Statement: StepStone Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
