You will work directly with PD&A experts and leading law firms to ensure cases progress efficiently and client needs are met.  </p><p>The role offers exposure to sophisticated legal work, nationally recognized experts, and meaningful opportunities for growth. This is a full-time position based in Orange County, CA. </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include: </strong></p><ul><li>Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing matter intake & ongoing communication </li><li>Review intakes, complaints, and supporting materials to understand case needs </li><li>Identify and match the most qualified experts for each engagement </li><li>Coordinate expert outreach, availability, and retention process </li><li>Draft and manage engagement letters with clients, including negotiating key terms </li><li>Maintain accurate records and case data within internal systems </li><li>Provide a high-touch client experience through thoughtful, timely, and thorough communication </li><li>Proactively address issues and ensure engagements progress smoothly </li><li>Work closely with Accounting/Finance and leadership to support active matters </li><li>Support additional projects and operational initiatives as the firm grows </li></ul><p><br><strong>About You </strong></p><p>You are a problem solver and thrive in an environment where you can deliver a great client experience and are excited about the opportunity to work in a role that utilizes your strong attention to detail, project management, and incredible communication skills. </p>",
