Description

Full-Time Director of Children's Community Based Programs Needed in Rhode Island! Schedule: Full-Time; 40 hours per week Salary: $85,000- $95,000 Annually (based on education and experience) The Groden Center's Community and Home Therapeutic Services (CHTS) department is hiring a Full-Time Program Director of Children's Community-Based Programs. This role is responsible for the clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of the agency's community-based children's services, including Treatment Foster Care (TFC), Family Preservation Program (FPP), Parent Family Education Program (PFEP), Home Therapeutic Services (HTS), PASS, and related programs. The Program Director provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, oversees quality assurance initiatives, and promotes the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, family-centered services. This position works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children and families while advancing organizational goals and strategic priorities.
