If you&rsquo;re ready to work hard, love what you do, and bring the stoke every day &mdash; we want to meet you!</p><p><strong><u>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Greet every customer with enthusiasm and a genuine smile, creating a welcoming environment.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations with every interaction.</li><li>Assess and determine each customer&rsquo;s equipment needs based on skill level and preferences.</li><li>Perform high-quality tunes, mounting, adjustments, and repairs in accordance with company and industry guidelines.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols for the use of tools and equipment.</li><li>Accurately complete work order documentation and prioritize service requests efficiently.</li><li>Ensure all pricing is accurate, including promotional and advertised specials.</li><li>Act as a knowledgeable resource, offering expert advice on ski gear and related products.</li><li>Stay familiar with in-store merchandise, including brands, features, and benefits, to provide tailored recommendations.</li><li>Remain current on ski industry trends and participate in product knowledge clinics or training camps.</li><li>Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to management.</li><li>Maintain loss prevention standards, including accurate cash handling and minimizing inventory shrinkage.</li></ul><p><strong><u>REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Experience with ski and/or snowboard tuning required.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of service technician experience.</li><li>Background in retail and customer service, preferred..</li><li>Strong selling skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.</li><li>Basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn the point-of-sale/register system.</li></ul><p><strong>Note</strong></p><p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) in this position.
