This role will play a critical part in building and sustaining relationships with candidates, party committees, and aligned organizations, while equipping pro-life candidates to effectively communicate and win.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead Candidate Endorsements:</strong> Oversee the SBA Candidate Fund endorsement process, including candidate recruitment, interviews, and vetting</li><li><strong>Cultivate Candidate Relationships:</strong> Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with endorsed candidates; provide strategic support throughout the campaign cycle</li><li><strong>Manage External Partnerships:</strong> Serve as the primary liaison to party committees and political staff at aligned organizations</li><li><strong>Drive Candidate Training:</strong> Develop and execute training programs to equip pro-life candidates with winning messaging and campaign strategies</li><li><strong>Oversee Political Budgeting:</strong> Manage PAC budget planning and execution</li><li><strong>Coordinate Messaging:</strong> Collaborate with the Communications team to amplify endorsed candidates and advance effective, pro-life political messaging</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Problem-Solving:</strong> Demonstrates sound judgment and creativity in navigating complex political challenges while maintaining ethical standards</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Executes work with precision, consistency, and accountability across all responsibilities</li><li><strong>Public Engagement &amp; Communications:</strong> Comfortable and effective speaking before candidates, elected officials, organizational leaders, and grassroots audiences</li></ul>",
