          "text": "<p>The Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the PIM platform, optimizing its functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product content and presentation. The PIM/DAM Administrator is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a corporate PIM platform and related eCommerce content syndication operations.&#xa0;</p><p>The&#xa0;PIM/DAM&#xa0;Administrator is accountable for successfully driving and delivering an enterprise PIM/DAM&#xa0;program. This dynamic position will work to&#xa0;identify&#xa0;and remove impediments&#xa0;impacting&#xa0;the team’s ability to deliver scalable, sustainable product content that is shared with&#xa0;numerous&#xa0;retail and distribution partners. &#xa0;</p><p>The role will document requirements, build workflows, and publish reports to ensure all product content requirements are met with quality.&#xa0;Assist&#xa0;in creating implementation plans and delivering defined project outputs on time/schedule.&#xa0;Govern data quantity and ensure that&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;product information and visuals are correctly synchronized across all eCommerce and marketing channels.&#xa0;</p><p>The ideal candidate should&#xa0;possess&#xa0;experience implementing PIM and Syndication solutions. The ability to effectively partner,&#xa0;establish/maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, solve&#xa0;problems&#xa0;and provide project status is key.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>PIM Program Management</strong>: Manage multiple projects and programs from initiation to closure, following the established project management&#xa0;methodology&#xa0;and best practices. Define and&#xa0;monitor&#xa0;project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong>:&#xa0;Establish&#xa0;and maintain strong relationships with business sponsors, functional leaders, and key stakeholders. Understand their business needs, expectations, and priorities. Manage expectations and ensure their satisfaction with the PIM and Syndication solutions.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Solution Delivery</strong>: Ensure the delivery of high-quality PIM solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to standards and policies.&#xa0;Provide guidance and direction on PIM and&#xa0;DAM&#xa0;best practices, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Change Management</strong>: Support and&#xa0;facilitate&#xa0;the organizational&#xa0;change management activities related to&#xa0;the projects&#xa0;and programs. Promote the adoption and&#xa0;utilization&#xa0;of the PIM and DAM platforms by the end-users. Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support as needed.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Evaluate and measure the performance and benefits of the PIM and DAM projects and programs.&#xa0;Identify&#xa0;and implement opportunities for improvement and optimization of&#xa0;the solutions&#xa0;and processes. Stay abreast of the latest&#xa0;eCommerce trends, innovations, and best practices. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary best practices and guidelines. Comfortable planning, presenting, and managing budgets&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: Product Content Management</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li><strong>Govern product content in PIM:</strong> Collaborate with stakeholders to&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;and consistent product information for publication across all channels. Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications meet brand guidelines. Monitor product data quality and promptly address discrepancies.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Drive PIM Imports:</strong> Oversee the import process into the PIM,&#xa0;validating&#xa0;data&#xa0;quality&#xa0;and&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;integrity of the PIM. Coordinate with relevant teams to continuously improve data updates.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Drive the ERP Product Data File export:</strong> Work alongside the IT teams so that exported files from ERP&#xa0;contain&#xa0;all required information and meet the requirements for ingestion into the PIM.  Validate the ERP data accuracy and completeness.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Own the Nutritional and Claims product data export: </strong>Manage the integration of nutritional product data into the PIM from the PLM system and data sources. Verify data consistency and quality.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Responsibilities: Web Content Management and Syndication</strong>&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Manage product feed from PIM to Websites:</strong> Collaborate with the Website Admin and&#xa0;establish&#xa0;a reliable process for product data from the PIM to be fed to company websites. Monitor data synchronization and troubleshoot issues.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Build and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;different product types in PIM:</strong> Build and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;product information at different packaging levels (i.e.&#xa0;cases,&#xa0;eaches, inners, etc.) and virtual product types (e.g.&#xa0;configurable) for use&#xa0;bin&#xa0;various contexts.&#xa0;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product attributes and data needs for different websites.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Build and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;product data feeds to Retailers:</strong> Build direct connections, templated&#xa0;exports&#xa0;or standard exports to best provide product content to retailers. Collaborate with relevant sales teams to&#xa0;optimize&#xa0;the&#xa0;process&#xa0;including&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;the latest templates and data standards. Ensure&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;content syndication to major retailers.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>GDSN and GS1: </strong>Ensure that data in PIM provides current and&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;GDSN content at all levels and compliant with related GS1 standards. Facilitate smooth data exchange between platforms.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Facilitate Ingestion of new Digital Assets: </strong>Collaborate with creative teams to ingest high-quality digital assets.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>You will work with:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li><strong>Master Data Management Team:  </strong>Owners&#xa0;of core ERP data, and partners for data feeds and requirements.  Owners of the GDSN Data publication process.&#xa0;</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Regulatory Team:  </strong>Owners of the PLM platform and owners of nutritional data&#xa0;</li></ul><ul><li><strong>IT BI Team and SAP HANA teams:</strong>  Owners&#xa0;of the SAP export&#xa0;containing&#xa0;GDSN data, packaging hierarchy and core product data including transformations of the exports for ingestion into PIM and Syndication systems.&#xa0;</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Website Administrators:</strong> Partners to setup products and manage their content and status on company websites.&#xa0;</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Sales Teams:</strong> Account managers for retailers who gather and populate import files for their&#xa0;eCommerce systems</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a&#xa0;Team Member&#xa0;encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
