And now we&rsquo;re looking for a <strong>Residential Builder</strong> <strong>Representative</strong> who shares our commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and exceptional service.</p><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">About the Role</span></strong></h2><p>The <strong>Residential Builder Representative&nbsp;</strong>is a field‑based leader responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day activities across multiple single‑family residential jobsites. This role combines technical knowledge, customer interaction, quality control, and jobsite coordination. You will serve as the primary connection between the field and our internal teams, ensuring that each home&rsquo;s foundation is built safely, accurately, and according to builder expectations.</p><p>This position requires excellent communication, strong construction knowledge, and the ability to manage changing priorities across multiple residential sites each day.</p><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</span></strong></h2><h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Site Coordination &amp; Planning</span></strong></h3><ul><li>Support Account Managers and operations teams with scheduling, readiness checks, and sequencing of work across multiple residential jobsites.</li><li>Confirm that sites are prepared for excavation, footing, foundation, slab, waterproofing, and backfill activities.</li></ul><h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Daily Jobsite Visits &amp; Oversight</span></strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct routine inspections at various stages of the foundation process to monitor progress and identify issues early.</li><li>Ensure work aligns with plans, local building codes, homebuilder standards, and Custom Concrete quality expectations.</li></ul><h3><strong>Quality Assurance</strong></h3><ul><li>Verify accuracy of elevations, layout, drainage, wall alignment, curing, and material placement.</li><li>Identify deficiencies and direct crews toward corrective action when needed.</li></ul><h3><strong>Safety Leadership</strong></h3><ul><li>Promote and enforce company safety practices on every jobsite.</li><li>Identify hazards and take corrective action to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel and trade partners.</li></ul><h3><strong>Problem Solving &amp; Issue Resolution</strong></h3><ul><li>Address field challenges such as site access issues, weather impacts, utility conflicts, grade discrepancies, or builder change requests.</li><li>Provide timely and practical solutions that keep the project on schedule.</li></ul><h3><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting</strong></h3><ul><li>Maintain detailed records including inspection notes, site photographs, progress updates, schedule impacts, and change‑related documentation.</li><li>Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams and builder partners.</li></ul><h3><strong>Builder and Homeowner Interaction</strong></h3><ul><li>Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact for builders, superintendents, and homeowners when needed.</li><li>Address questions, resolve concerns, and represent Custom Concrete with a high level of service and professionalism.</li></ul><h3><strong>Technical Knowledge &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></h3><ul><li>Stay familiar with evolving residential foundation techniques, materials, and local permit/code requirements.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across residential work.</li></ul><h3><strong>Environmental Care</strong></h3><ul><li>Support compliance with erosion control plans, site cleanliness, and proper disposal of soil and materials.</li></ul><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</span></strong></h2><h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of relevant experience in residential construction, foundation work, or field supervision.</li><li>Experience as a superintendent, foreman, project coordinator, or field technician is highly beneficial.</li></ul><h3><strong>Skills &amp;
