The individual will support production execution, QA/QC testing, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives, while working across multiple process areas to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This role integrates material handling, chemical processing, biological feedstock processing </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">(fish waste), and mechanical system operation. The Operations Specialist is expected to </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">operate entire production systems from raw material intake through finished product, </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to operate automated and manual systems (including HMI-controlled processes), and the capability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as pumps, motors, boilers, dryers, evaporators, and associated systems.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operate full production lines (fertilizer, liquid, chitofining) from start-up to shutdown</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and control processes via HMI and manual systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Process fish-based materials and chemical ingredients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operate boilers, dryers, evaporators, pumps, motors, and valves</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
