This role ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting of utility costs along with repairs and maintenance, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to help manage contracts and billing. This role will ensure cost accuracy, and maintain compliance with procurement policies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own the process to analyze and identify cost optimization opportunities across the company’s footprint of branch locations for utilities, repairs, maintenance, telecom, and other areas.</li>\n <li>Audit and reconcile vendor invoices for office and branch utilities (including telecom and data services) and certain other facilities expenses. </li>\n <li>Monitor and analyze spend trends within our various payment systems for the assigned expenses to ensure no process gaps resulting in late fees or other assessments. </li>\n <li>Make recommendations to improve and enhance the control environment and reporting for the assigned expenses.</li>\n <li>Identify over billings, cost variances, over payments, unnecessary charges and services, incorrect billings, billings for services or locations no longer required, etc. and recommend corrective action.</li>\n <li>Action the approved recommended corrective action</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed procurement records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.</li>\n <li>Prepare and present monthly status and cost analysis reports by location for finance leadership.</li>\n <li>Support cost-optimization initiatives and procurement best practices.</li>\n <li>Advance the company’s strategy around right sizing the operating expenses with the right level of spending in the right areas </li>\n <li>Collaborate with finance and operations teams for budget and forecast alignment </li>\n <li>Administer hotel, rental car, and ride share programs </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong negotiation and communication skills </li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities </li>\n <li>Familiarity with cost analysis and budgeting </li>\n <li>Experience in auditing monthly bulk invoices across hundreds of locations and vendors </li>\n <li>Ability to pull and analyze financial spend reports and create strategies with proposed cost savings and cost avoidance targets</li>\n <li>Experience working cross-functionally within a large scale, complex, data driven and technologically innovative organization</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational, and time management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education or Equivalent Experience </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>\n <li>2+ years of procurement, finance, or cost analysis experience, preferably in utilities including telecommunication and data services or facilities preferred.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with procurement and vendor management tools; experience with GetChoice, Corcentrix and ServiceChannel preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel skills; ability to work with large datasets and create reports.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>This role offers hybrid flexibility out of our Greenville, SC office.</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $55,000 - $65,000 USD</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.</em></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.
