We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p>Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Delivers accurately the prescribed, planned course of radiation therapy</li>\n <li>Appropriately prepares the room and equipment for patient treatments and transfers patients safely</li>\n <li>Consistently utilizes a holistic approach (considers physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, safety and related criteria) appropriate to the age of the patients served.</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean, safe and orderly environment demonstrating the practices of infection control principles</li>\n <li>CT Simulations are arranged per doctors’ orders and patients are immobilized for their radiation treatments appropriately</li>\n <li>Administer tattoos for marking of setups</li>\n <li>Performs tumor localization; makes changes/adjustments to ports as required by physicians via manual or electronic methods</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate from an ARRT Accredited school of Radiation Therapy </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year of clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) is required</li>\n <li>IA Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care is required</li>\n <li>IL Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care is required</li>\n <li>IA Adult Dependent Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care is required</li>\n <li>IL Adult Dependent Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care is required</li>\n <li>Must obtain the following licensure upon hire:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Licensed as Radiation Therapist in the state(s) of practice</li>\n   <li>Registered Radiation Therapist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
