          "text": "<p><strong><u>Who We’re Looking For:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum of 8&#xa0;years of civil design experience with a PE in the State of California or ability to get reciprocity.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs</li><li>ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Civil3D and other engineering design software proficiency is required.</li><li>MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads design experience is not required but desired.</li><li>Working knowledge of AASHTO, A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets, 7th Edition,</li><li>Working knowledge of USDOT/FHWA, MUTCD for Streets and Highways, 2009 Edition,</li><li>Working knowledge of AASHTO, Roadside Design Guide, 4th Edition,</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction means, methods and techniques</li><li>Experience and ability to prepare roadway/transportation design documents and specifications is required</li><li>Familiarity with Caltrans and Greenbook Standard Plans and Standard Specifications.</li><li>Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven capability to work dynamically and effectively in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Demonstrated enthusiasm for developing design and project management skills.</li><li>Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations.</li></ul>",
