Amazing Lash Studio is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Amazing Lash Studio Manager Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay, Sales Commission and Manager Bonus Structure\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Full Time</strong>: 35-40+ hours per week</li>\n   <li><strong>Hourly</strong>: $16-$18 per Hour Base + Commissions & Bonus (depending on your experience)</li>\n   <li><strong>Membership Sales Commission</strong>: $22 Platinum & $10 Bronze Memberships, plus $7 Membership Upgrades</li>\n   <li><strong>Retail Sales Bonus</strong> (tiered from 10%, 15% up to 20%) </li>\n   <li><strong>Monthly Manager Bonus</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>5-Days Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Available</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Manager Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.</li>\n <li>Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.</li>\n <li>Implement structure, policies, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Customer Service oriented</li>\n <li>Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills</li>\n <li>Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence</li>\n <li>Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Competent trainer and motivator</li>\n <li>MindBody Software experience a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply today to see if the Amazing Lash Studio brand is a great fit for you.
