  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Effective interaction and communication with a wide range of internal staff and outside entities.</li><li><!--block-->Transport children from school to the afterschool program.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Routine upkeep of YMCA vehicles; including but not limited to refueling, basic operational checks, and maintaining interior cleanliness.</li><li><!--block-->Communicate clearly with YMCA Site Coordinators/Directors and Program Administrators to facilitate timely pick-ups and drop-offs and to manage children in the vehicle.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain program attendance after driving duties are completed.</li><li><!--block-->Sign in/out program participants and greet families entering Y facility. &nbsp;</li></ul>",
