You’ll use creativity, compassion, and clinical expertise to restore function and quality of life.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental barriers to function</li>\n <li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity strength/mobility, cognition, and adaptive skills</li>\n <li>Provide hands-on therapy interventions to restore independence and promote safety</li>\n <li>Recommend and train on assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications</li>\n <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care</li>\n <li>Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for long-term success at home and in the community</li>\n <li>Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans accurately and in a timely manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This role is perfect for someone who:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Is passionate about helping others regain function and independence</li>\n <li>Enjoys working in a team that values support, innovation, and clinical excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Brings compassion, creativity, and problem-solving to each patient interaction</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program</li>\n <li>Active state license (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist</li>\n <li>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills</li>\n <li>A patient-first mindset with a drive to make meaningful, lasting change</li>\n <li>New grads welcome!
