Shift differential .75 cents an hour</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em><u> Available Shift: </u></em></strong>                   </p>\n<p><strong> 12 hours, Continental schedule, Night Shift 7pm-7am, will start training on day shift</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Week 1</strong>: Monday(work), Tuesday (work), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Weekend (work)</p>\n<p><strong>Week 2: </strong>Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (work), Thursday (work), Weekend (OFF)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment</li>\n <li>Ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded</li>\n <li>Perform quality measurements following SPC guideline</li>\n <li>Interpret data and make necessary machine adjustments within the process control limitations</li>\n <li>Operate and adjust machines within process limitations as directed that will produce various plastic parts, maintaining optimum machine operating efficiency and uptime</li>\n <li>Identify and troubleshoot needed repairs of machinery and utilize follow-up procedures of reportingEffectively generate breakdown work orders and document other related downtimes</li>\n <li>Work closely with process technician and other support staff to assure maximum quality levels and machine up time.Other duties as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Three to five years of previous mechanical and/or technical experience in a related manufacturing setting.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ADA – Essential Functions: </strong>Must be able to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work an 8 to 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periods</li>\n <li>Climb</li>\n <li>Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively both verbally and in writie</li>\n <li>Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifts up to 75 lbs.
