          "text": "<p>As a <strong>Housekeeping Supervisor</strong>, you will:</p><ul><li>Play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.</li><li>Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel, providing daily supervision, and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards.</li><li>Assign duties to staff and examine their work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.</li><li>Communicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing, answering questions and providing clear direction.</li><li>Inspects and prepare clean units before turning them to vacant and clean for guest occupancy.</li><li>Assist in training and development of both existing and new staff members.</li><li>Report engineering issues according to established company procedures.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and follow-ups, delivering top-notch customer service.</li></ul><p>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
