Your will deliver a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Collaborate with us and bring your diverse ideas to ensure we attract the best candidates in the market.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with business to identify talent needs and source top talent for business objectives. </li>\n <li>Source candidates for current and future opportunities using various tools, networks and methodologies. Prescreens candidate resumes to identify top talent for the identified business needs and submits recommendations to hiring management team for their consideration. </li>\n <li>Own the full candidate experience from first contact to offer letter acceptance. Oversees interview scheduling, hiring manager feedback, offer letter creation and verbal offer discussions. Supports Human Resources with pre-employment testing and first day preparation, as needed. </li>\n <li>Communicate clear expectations to all candidates and business leaders regarding Company process, approvals, and timeline. Maintain clear communication with candidates and business leaders to ensure all parties understand the status of each posting in a timely and compliant manner. </li>\n <li>Support coordination and preparation of recruiting events, as needed. </li>\n <li>Support the Talent Acquisition team with social media, marketing, and employer branding initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred. </li>\n <li>1+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition required. </li>\n <li>Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Technical recruiting experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Able to develop and maintain business relationships. </li>\n <li>Takes initiative to learn Company industry, competitors and innovative talent attraction strategies. </li>\n <li>Exceptional verbal, written and personal communication skills. </li>\n <li>Takes personal ownership and initiative with assigned tasks. </li>\n <li>Technologically savvy and interest in learning business collaboration tools, including web based data and live streaming systems. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of OFFCP compliance requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $75,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $85,000.00/Yr.",
