font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Early Childhood college credits are preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience in a Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS)-licensed program is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">General knowledge of DCFS licensing standards and developmentally appropriate practices is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
